This is a CFX tag for ColdFusion that can be used to convert chinese character from GB to BIG5, and vice versa. It must be install by administrator by login to CF adminstration area before it can be use on template.

USAGE
The source_string and target_string must be provided.

The optional attribute is in_lang with default "GB".

If in_lang didn't provided, it will treat source_string as GB encoded.
